1. [Marketing Tool] AI-Powered Marketing Automation
SiteGiant has launched a powerful AI Marketing Automation tool, enabling you to effortlessly send one-time or recurring messages to customers. Leverage this tool to craft and deliver marketing messages via Email, Push Notifications and SMS.

How does it works?

a) Set campaign title and content type (Push Notification, Email, SMS) for each bot.
b) Select your target audience:
i. Broadcast Bot (One-time) – All customers/ Specific rule
ii. Automated Bot (Recurring) – All customers/ New signup automation/ Birthday automation/ Specific rule
c) Based on the selected content type and target audience, the system will automatically calculate the estimated token cost.
d) Customers will also receive notifications through Webstore and Notify Me app.
2. [Webstore] Embed Live & Short Videos through Livebuy
Jump on the trend of video commerce by utilizing live and short videos through Livebuy into your SiteGiant webstore. This feature lets customers engage with your products in real-time, watch live or short videos and make seamless purchases—enhancing their shopping experience and driving sales. With just a click on the Livebuy video, customers can instantly add products to their cart and proceed directly to checkout for payment processing!
To support this, a new block has been added to the Webstore Builder, enabling you to effortlessly embed short videos or live streaming directly into your webstore.

1. [Sales Channel] Expand Your Business into Amazon Singapore

Expand your business effortlessly by tapping into the Amazon Singapore marketplace. With SiteGiant’s seamless integration, you can manage your operations efficiently while reaching a wider audience and boosting your sales.
Integration support includes:

2. [Sales Channel] Effectively Manage Offline Orders with Client Channel

Introducing the Client Channel: a specialized sales channel designed to streamline the management of offline orders for fulfillment centers and WMS merchants.
Different usage for fulfillment center and WMS merchants, as detailed below:
a) Fulfillment Center Usage:
Enables fulfillment center merchants to seamlessly add and process offline orders requested by their clients, ensuring efficient order management and enhanced client service.
b) WMS Usage:
Enables WMS merchants to conveniently add offline orders. This feature includes the ability to segregate the offline orders from those placed through the webstore, ensuring clear and organized order management.
Add Manual Order for Client Channel
The Add Manual Order feature in the Client Channel supports stock deduction and standard order processing, streamlining operations further for both fulfillment centers and WMS merchants. To perform a Manual Order, simply switch between the sales channels (Webstore or Client Channel) as needed.

1. [Marketplace] Shopee’s New Policy on Customer Data Protection
Shopee has implemented a new policy stating that customer data, such as Customer Name, Phone Number, Email Address and Address, will not be accessible for orders created more than 90 days ago. It helps to enhance data security and privacy of consumers.
In response to this policy, we have made some adjustment accordingly:
a) Customer info will be fully masked, and billing and shipping addresses cannot be edited.

b) This masking also applies when printing invoices, packing lists and delivery orders (DO).

c) The date range filter for both Marketplaces and Webstore & Others order can only search within the last 90 days.
d) Export details will show masked Customer Info in the excel file.
2. [Marketplace] TikTok Singapore Marketplace Pricing Management
SiteGiant Marketplace Pricing Management now supports TikTok SG, helping you streamline product pricing strategies and expand your business to Singapore with ease.

3. [Marketplace] Easily Remove Shopee Ongoing Promotions
With the latest enhancements, you can now use the “No Promo” option for Shopee under Marketplace Pricing Management. This allows you to easily remove ongoing promotions while keeping upcoming promotions active.
However, please note that if there is an ongoing promotion in the Shopee Seller Center that hasn’t synced with SiteGiant, it will remain active even after selecting “No Promo”.

4. [Malaysia e-Invoice] Order Listing with Locked Status
A new “Locked” status has been added to the Malaysia e-Invoice order listing, allowing you to easily separate orders that are locked and will not proceed with e-Invoice processing in the SiteGiant system.
How does it works?
a) To lock an order: select the order > click “Lock Order” > fill in the reason for locking order > click “Submit”.
*Reminder Only orders without any e-Invoice status or with “Draft”, “Ready To Submit”, “Arranged Failed”, or “Cancelled” status can be locked.

b) A locked order will appear in the “Locked” listing and cannot proceed with e-Invoice submission until it is unlocked. To unlock an order, a reason must be provided as well, similar to the locking process.

c) The actions of locking and unlocking an order will be recorded in the e-Invoice log. Simply hover over the (i) tooltip to view the reason for each locked or unlocked order.

5. [Order Processing] New “Barcode Value with Tracking No” Option
The new “Barcode Value with Tracking No” option is now available in Packing List and Invoice Templates for marketplace orders. This update addresses the issue for Shopee MY and TW sellers, where the Tracking No recorded in SiteGiant system differs from the shipping label.
To ensure proper scanning in Order Fulfillment Assistance / Carrier Manifest / WMS mode 3 sorting, it is recommended to print additional Packing List or Invoice with the Tracking No Barcode.

6. [Wave Shipment] New “Kit Filter” Option
The new “Kit Filter” feature is a streamlined tool for users on the WMS plan and above, designed to enhance order fulfillment processes. This filter option allows you to filter wave orders by kits, helping to prioritize and manage complex orders efficiently.

7. [Inventory] Inventory Item Enhancement
Streamline your inventory management with the latest enhancement to inventory items, enabling bulk actions such as Set Parent iSKU, Remove Parent iSKU or Print barcodes for inactive items or kits.

Once inventory linking is confirmed (*Note: ensure you complete Review Draft Listing > Confirm and Save Listing), the stock will automatically sync with the corresponding marketplace product.


8. [TikTok] Size Chart Enhancement
The size chart field is now a mandatory requirement for specific categories when creating or editing products in the TikTok Seller Center.
In TikTok Seller Center, you can upload a size chart in 2 ways:
(i) use template
(ii) upload image
When synced to SiteGiant ERP, the size chart is automatically saved in our database, bypassing field validation during product publishing. This streamlines the process, making it easier to manage your listings while ensuring your products comply with TikTok’s requirements effortlessly.

You can upload the size chart either from SiteGiant ERP or TikTok Seller Center, depending on where you create the product.

1. [Order Fulfillment Assistant] New “Show Shopee Seller Note” Setting
As part of the latest enhancement, a new “Show Shopee Seller Note” setting has been added to improve your Shopee order fulfillment process. This feature allows you to view seller notes directly, providing better visibility into specific order details or customer preferences.
The Shopee Seller Note will be displayed when scanning on the Order Fulfillment Assistant on the web if the order contains a note.

2. [Fulfillment Center] Automate Bill for Fulfillment Charges
Simplify your operations with the new “Auto Billing for Fulfillment Center Charges” feature, now available in the Carrier Manifest settings. This option allows you to choose between manual billing or automated billing for all Carrier Manifests. It helps you to save time, reduce errors and ensure seamless financial management for your fulfillment processes.
How does it works?
When the setting is ON:
It automatically generates the Fulfillment Center Financial Report for all Carrier Manifests.
When the setting is OFF:
The Billing button will appear for each Carrier Manifest, allowing the merchant to choose which Carrier Manifests to generate the Fulfillment Center Financial Report.

3. [Instagram] New Instagram API for Professional Accounts
Following the deprecation of the old Instagram API, our system has been upgraded to the new API, which supports only professional Instagram accounts. If you integrate or reauthorize your token using a non-professional account, you will be redirected to a page where you can request a change to a professional account.
*Note: This update applies to Instagram Bio Shop and Instagram Feed.

4. [Marketplace] Shopee Listing Enhancement
With our latest enhancements, you now have the ability to upload a size chart image for your Shopee products. This feature is available based on the product category. Thus, you can configure and upload the appropriate size chart for each item.

5. [Carrier Manifest] Now Supports Lazada Choice
With the latest enhancement, several new updates and features related to the Lazada Choice channel have been introduced across both SiteGiant ERP and the Smart Scan App.
a) New Channel Addition:
The Lazada Choice channel has been newly integrated into both SiteGiant ERP and the Smart Scan App.
*Note: Now supports scanning for JIT Normal Orders only.

b) Settings Update:
Added a new option for Lazada Choice Orders under the settings — “Set Ready to Ship.” This feature allows for more streamlined order processing.
c) Reporting:
Reporting for LazadaChoice Ready to Ship (RTS) is now available, providing detailed insights and updates.
6. [Order Processing] Enhancement to Order Status
Several enhancements have been made to streamline the order processing workflow.
a) To facilitate the easy filtering of canceled orders before they are handed over to the courier, 3 new tabs have been added to the “Cancel” session. Additionally, the “Last Status” tab displays the previous status of the orders.
The canceled orders are categorized into 3 statuses:
Cancelled (Processed) – Abnormal Fulfillment, Processing, Updating, To Print, Wave Shipment, To Pick
Cancelled (Printed) – Printed, Pending Pickup, Pending Pickup In Queue, Pending Pickup Failed
Cancelled (Other) – To Arrange, Arrange In Queue, Arrange Failed, On Hold, Shipped

b) You can now easily check the exact order count by hovering over the numbers in the Cancel Request, Pending, To Process, and Pending Pickup tabs.

c) Order Estimated Profit is now visible in Order Processing, allowing for real-time profit tracking and enhanced financial oversight.
This feature:
i) Excludes Split and Combined Orders.
ii) Is accessible only to store owners and staff with the “Order Estimated Profit” permission, consistent with access to the Order List.

d) Fulfill by Shopee Orders (FBS)
(FBS) orders have been added to the Shipping Label Settings for the Shopee channel and are disabled by default to prevent merchants from processing FBS orders.

7. [Lazada] Size Chart Enhancement
To provide customers with accurate sizing information, the size chart field is now available in Lazada Listing.
It is specifically for the following fashion categories:
