New Feature Enhancements on the Platform (July)

Feature Enhancement Updates

It’s time for new feature updates. Last month, our team added useful features and enhancements for the Webstore, Inventory, Apps, Channels, Marketing Centre, and many more to help your business grow.

1. Product Enhancements
a) Export/import webstore listing

Need to bulk update your webstore listing? With the latest enhancement,  you may bulk edit your webstore listing by just exporting the webstore listing excel file and then importing the adjusted list back into the platform.

b) Variant image upload

The new enhancement on variant image now provides you more flexibility to upload your images directly from your device instead of selecting from the main image gallery.

c) Quick create new item

You can now set parent iSKU when you create a new item through the product page.

2. Inventory Enhancements
a) Search inventory by UPC

You may now search for your inventory item based on UPC under Inventory > All Inventory Items > Filter > UPC.

b) Inventory batch edit

You may generate, edit and upload the ‘Item Warehouse / Rack Assignment’ excel file to bulk assign a new warehouse and picking zone for your items.

c) Stock adjustment remark

The new enhancement on Inventory allows you to set up remarks and add remarks for stock adjustments.

3. App Enhancements
a) New Google Tag Manager app

Have marketing tags to update for your webstore? Now you can use the Google Tag Manager App to quickly add and adjust the tags without touching the source code.

b) New Shopee Promotion Listing app

*Note: Only available for ERP Mini plan and above / MultiChannel Basic plan and above

You may now view and resync your Shopee promotion list into SiteGiant.

4. Sales Channels Enhancements
a) New Instagram Bio Shop

*Note: Only available for ERP Value Plus plan and above / Multichannel Pro plan and above

You may now showcase your webstore products in an Instagram interface layout when viewed through Instagram link.

b) PGMall channel enhancement

Bulk inventory linking and copy listing are available for PGMall products.

5. Marketing Centre Enhancements
a) Discount price

Thinking of how to drive more conversions for your webstore? You may set discount prices in bulk for your webstore products through Marketing Centre.

b) Reward credits

Thinking of how to retain your existing webstore customers? You can now set up and award your customers with reward credits for every purchase made in your webstore.

Your customers will earn their reward credits once their order is marked as Completed.

6. Setting Enhancement
a) Email templates

You may now opt to preview email templates and reset these templates back to the default content.

7. Smart Scan App Enhancements
a) Scan free gift items

You can now scan marketplace free gift items using the order fulfillment assistant feature in the SiteGiant Smart Scan app.

b) Latest version of Smart Scan (Mobile App)

You may download the latest Smart Scan (mobile app) version 2.0.22 from your Playstore or Appstore to start viewing orders in the app.

8. Customer Service Enhancements
a) SiteGiant MultiChat

SiteGiant Multichat is now able to support multi-language usage. What’s more? You may now manage your TikTok chat with SiteGiant MultiChat apart from your Lazada, Shopee, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger chats.

9. Order Processing Enhancements
a) Fulfill Zalora Malaysia orders with SiteGiant

Good news for merchants who are selling on Zalora Malaysia. You can now process and fulfill your Zalora orders in SiteGiant.

b) Pick list enhancements

i. You can now print Pick List for orders under ‘Pending’ process, in the ‘To Arrange’ tab.

ii. Pick List Template in Shipping Label settings has ‘Sort By’ option to allow you to control the item sorting in the list.

c) New Shopee MY Shipping Label

The new version of Shopee MY shipping label (following Shopee’s original format) is available.

d) Shipping Label Layout Option for Shopee Singapore and Lazada Singapore

You may now have the option to print your Shopee Singapore & Lazada Singapore shipping label in landscape or portrait.

Terms and Conditions

1. The SiteGiant x Lalamove First Time 10% Top-Up Bonus Campaign (the “Promotion”) is provided by LALAMOVE MALAYSIA SDN BHD (COMPANY NO. 1277201-W) (“Lalamove”) and SiteGiant Sdn Bhd (“SiteGiant”). By participating in the Promotion by registering via this link: https://sitegiant.my/lalamove-integration and/or receiving the Bonus (as defined below), this indicates you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied:

a. You have enrolled in the Promotion through the dedicated main landing page for the Promotion via this link: https://sitegiant.my/lalamove-integration (“the Form”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below);

b. You have become a registered corporate (prepaid settlement) account holder of Lalamove;

c. You have signed up as a new merchant of SiteGiant and you have been onboarded by SiteGiant following satisfaction of all requirements from SiteGiant during the Promotion Period;

d. You are a company incorporated in Malaysia with a valid business registration certificate; and

e. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to refuse any Eligible Customers their participation in the Promotion for any reason and without any prior notice.

3. If you are an Eligible Customer, you are eligible to a one-time fixed credit bonus equal to 10% of the amount first topped up, to be credited to your Lalamove corporate e-wallet account (the “Bonus”) if you successfully topped up at least RM 100 during at least one single transaction to your Lalamove corporate account (the “Transaction”).

4. This Promotion commences on 15th July 2022 with the end date to be announced at a later date (the “Promotion Period”).

5. If the Eligible Customer satisfies the Conditions in clause 3 of these Terms, the Bonus will be credited within 30 days immediately following the registration of your Lalamove corporate account.

6. The relevant top-up amounts in the Lalamove account have unlimited validity from the date of the successful top-up. The Bonus is subject to applicable agreements governing your Lalamove corporate account.

7. The relevant top-up amounts are not redeemable for cash or cash-out, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).

8. During the Promotion Period, in case of any fraud or abuse in respect to how the Bonus is awarded, Lalamove reserves the right to debit the Bonus from the Eligible Customer’s Lalamove corporate account without prior notice.

9. The Bonus cannot be earned in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions as may be launched by Lalamove from time to time, unless specified by Lalamove. The Bonus cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts, or exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products with respect to Lalamove.

10. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to amend, and/or vary any of these Terms and any arrangement of this Promotion, limit, suspend, cancel, and/or terminate the Promotion, without notice and without any liability.

11. In addition:

a. General terms and conditions of Lalamove would all apply (https://www.lalamove.com/en-my/terms-and-conditions).

b. Lalamove will process the collected data and personal information in accordance with Lalamove’s privacy policy (https://www.lalamove.com/en-my/privacy-policy).

c. By participating in the Promotion, you expressly consent that any personal information that you provide, may be shared between SiteGiant and Lalamove for purposes of the Promotion and all related administrative actions in connection therewith.

12. These Terms are governed by the law of Malaysia. In case of any dispute, SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right of final decision.
