Happy New Year! Our team has been launching new features and enhancements on SiteGiant in December.
Here are the details:
1. Invoice Template Settings Enhancement
You may opt to enable the display of kit child item information in your invoice template under Settings > General > Document Template > Invoice > Edit.

2. Google Login App
**Note: This feature is only available for Starter plan and above.
You may now allow customers to register and login your webstore with a Google account. Enable and set up the Google login under My Apps > Google Login.

3. Purchase Order Enhancement
You may now import and export the purchase orders under Inventory > Purchase > Purchase Order > Select Purchase Order ID.

4. Smart Stock Sync
**Note: This feature is only available for Premium Plus plan and above.
Experience a smarter stock allocation for optimal inventory control with the Smart Stock Sync tool under Marketplaces > Smart Stock Sync.

5. Order Processing Enhancement
Under Orders > All Orders > Order Processing, you’re now able to update the tracking number for orders under the “Others” tab and there’s a refresh button beside the “Processing” tab to fetch tracking number for display.

6. WhatsApp Chat App
**Note: This feature is only available for Starter plan and above.
You may now enable WhatsApp chat on your webstore for customers to easily reach out for enquiries under My Apps > WhatsApp Chat.

Fill in the details and enable the status accordingly:

In addition, you may now place your WhatsApp Chat on the left or right side of your webstore frontpage by selecting the position.

7. SenangPay Payment Gateway
SenangPay payment gateway is now available for your webstore. You may enable it under Settings > Payments > Add Payment Method.

8. Webstore Templates
New templates are available for your webstore design. You may use them to design your webstore under Webstore > Templates > Manage.

Then, you may select and activate the template you would like to use.

9. MailChimp App
**Note: This feature is only available for Value plan and above.
You may now integrate with your Mailchimp account to allow pop-up of Mailchimp signup form and enable automatic registration of new customer details in your Mailchimp account for newsletter blasting.
Setup and integrate with your Mailchimp account under My Apps > Mailchimp.

Insert the required details.

Enable the status of each function accordingly.

10. Announcement Bar App
**Note: This feature is only available for Starter plan and above.
You may now display an announcement bar in your webstore under My Apps > Announcement Bar.

Simply enable the announcement bar status and customize your announcement bar accordingly, then save.

11. WowShop Sync
**Note: This feature is only available for Value Plus plan and above.
You may now integrate and sync products to your WowShop store under Settings > Sales Channels > Add New Sales Channels.

12. Shippop App
**Note: This feature is only available for Starter plan and above.
You may now integrate and fulfill your customer orders using Shippop under My Apps > Shippop shipping integration.

13. Easyparcel App
**Note: This feature is only available for Value plan and above.
You may now integrate and fulfill your customer orders using Easyparcel under My Apps > Easyparcel.

14. Mobile App Permission
You may now add and specify access permission for your mobile app under Settings > Account and Staff Management > Edit Staff Account > Permissions.
