4. [Overcharged Shipping Fee Claim] Streamline Process of Tracking and Claiming Overcharged Fees

Feature Enhancement: Streamline Process of Tracking and Claiming Overcharged Fees

Introducing Overcharged Shipping Fee Claim, a powerful feature designed to help you easily monitor Shopee shipping fee discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while saving you valuable time. With this app, you can effortlessly track discrepancies, submit accurate claims, and seamlessly export the required files for submission.

However, to use the Overcharge Shipping Fee Claim, you must also enable the Payment Reconciliation data sync. Next, select the orders for which you want to process and proceed with the Overcharged Shipping Fee Claim. Lastly, from the SiteGiant One App, you can fill in all the required information and submit it.

January 2025

 

1. [Marketplace Order Return Management] New “Received Quantity” Feature

We’ve rolled out the new “Received Quantity” feature under Marketplace Order Return Management, enabling you to effortlessly record the quantity received from a returned parcel before performing stock-in.

Here’s how you can perform this action:

  • Update the Received Quantity.
  • Tick the “Return parcel has been received” box.
  • Enter the Restore Quantity to proceed with stock in.

2. [Marketplace Pricing Management] Now Supports Shopee (Taiwan & Philippines), Lazada Philippines and TikTok Philippines

We’re excited to share that Marketplace Pricing Management now supports Shopee (Taiwan & Philippines), Lazada Philippines, and TikTok Philippines!

This enhancement enables you to seamlessly manage and optimize your pricing strategies across these marketplaces, broadening your market reach and improving competitive positioning.

3. [Landing Page] Boost Purchases with Add-on Product

The “Add-on Products” feature is designed to enhance the shopping experience by offering customers the opportunity to discover and add complementary items directly to their cart during the purchase of a main product through Landing Pages. This not only simplifies the buying process but also increases average order value and customer satisfaction.

4. [Webstore] Simplify Login with Facebook and Google

Customers can now effortlessly log in using their Facebook or Google accounts on our Webstore. We’ve added a new page under “My Account > Linked Account” where customers can link their Webstore accounts with Facebook and Google. This integration simplifies the login process, making it faster and more convenient for users to access their accounts. 

 

5. [Fulfillment Center] Introducing 4 New Fee Types

We’ve introduced 4 new fee types to enhance how you manage fee charges at the fulfillment center.

Let’s explore them:

a. Receiving Fee

Charged for items that complete the Stock-In process via Purchase Order, configurable for each Item Type Group.

b. Unpacking Fee

A flat-rate fee is applied to every return order received.

c. Item Receive Fee & Item Restore Fee

Applied to actions involved in receiving and restoring items, configurable for each Item Type Group.

 

6. [POS] Streamline Checkout by Displaying Store Credit and Enabling Auto Receipt Printing

(i) The enhancement to the checkout process now includes a new feature where the customer’s store credit balance will be displayed within the “Edit Store Credit” dialog. This update allows both customers and staff to view and manage store credits more efficiently during the checkout phase, ensuring a smoother transaction process.

(ii) A new “Automatic Receipt Printing” setting now allows you to print a receipt automatically after checkout. Ensuring that receipts are promptly provided to customers, reducing wait times and improving the overall efficiency of transaction handling.

 

7. [Xero] New “Sync Customer Info” Setting

As part of our feature enhancement, we have introduced a new setting called “Sync Customer Info” under Xero. This addition allows for the seamless synchronization of customer data between SiteGiant and Xero. When this setting is activated, any updates to customer information in our system will sync automatically with Xero, keeping details consistent and up-to-date on both platforms.

1. [168 Live] Enhance Product and Inventory Management Features

a. Product Listing Enhancement

SiteGiant now supports the syncing of 168 Live products back to the platform. Currently, the feature supports “Sync Back All Products.” The Product Detail Page has been updated to allow only updates for tags and inventory linking.

b. Advanced Bulk Inventory Linking & Multi-Channel Inventory Tally

It now supports bulk inventory linking and tallies inventory across all sales channels to ensure accurate stock levels.

 

2. [Gift with Purchase] Now Supports Unicart & Zalora

The Gift With Purchase (GWP) feature has been expanded to include support for both Unicart and Zalora platforms, significantly enhancing your suite of promotional tools. This update broadens the scope of your marketing campaigns, enabling more strategic and effective promotions across a wider array of e-commerce platforms.

 

3. [Webstore] Enhance Customer Browsing Experience with New “Extra Button” Setting

Enhance your customers’ browsing experience with the “Extra Button” setting for product blocks. This new setting allows you to choose between a “See All” or “Show More” button to be displayed at the bottom of product blocks. 

By implementing this feature, you can provide a more tailored and seamless navigation experience, encouraging customers to explore your full range of products with ease.

 

4. [Order Processing] New Insurance Option for Ninja Van Shipments on Webstore Orders

With our latest feature enhancement, webstore orders that are shipped using Ninja Van can now include an insurance value option. This added layer of security ensures that your shipments are not only efficiently handled but also protected against loss or damage.

 

5. [POS] Streamline Operations Flow with New Dashboard Builder

We’ve introduced a new Dashboard Builder in SiteGiant POS, designed as a convenient shortcut for customizing the SiteGiant POS dashboard to streamline operations flow. This tool enables you to effortlessly rearrange the sequence of the main menu on the left and preview the adjustments on the right, ensuring that the layout is optimized for both tablet and mobile views.

1. The SiteGiant x Lalamove First Time 10% Top-Up Bonus Campaign (the “Promotion”) is provided by LALAMOVE MALAYSIA SDN BHD (COMPANY NO. 1277201-W) (“Lalamove”) and SiteGiant Sdn Bhd (“SiteGiant”). 2. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied:

a. You have enrolled in the Promotion through the dedicated main landing page for the Promotion via this link: https://sitegiant.my/lalamove-integration (“the Form”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below);

b. You have become a registered corporate (prepaid settlement) account holder of Lalamove;

c. You have signed up as a new merchant of SiteGiant and you have been onboarded by SiteGiant following satisfaction of all requirements from SiteGiant during the Promotion Period;

d. You are a company incorporated in Malaysia with a valid business registration certificate; and

e. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to refuse any Eligible Customers their participation in the Promotion for any reason and without any prior notice.

3. If you are an Eligible Customer, you are eligible to a one-time fixed credit bonus equal to 10% of the amount first topped up, to be credited to your Lalamove corporate e-wallet account (the “Bonus”) if you successfully topped up at least RM 100 during at least one single transaction to your Lalamove corporate account (the “Transaction”).

4. This Promotion commences on 15th July 2022 with the end date to be announced at a later date (the “Promotion Period”).

5. If the Eligible Customer satisfies the Conditions in clause 3 of these Terms, the Bonus will be credited within 30 days immediately following the registration of your Lalamove corporate account.

6. The relevant top-up amounts in the Lalamove account have unlimited validity from the date of the successful top-up. The Bonus is subject to applicable agreements governing your Lalamove corporate account.

7. The relevant top-up amounts are not redeemable for cash or cash-out, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).

8. During the Promotion Period, in case of any fraud or abuse in respect to how the Bonus is awarded, Lalamove reserves the right to debit the Bonus from the Eligible Customer’s Lalamove corporate account without prior notice.

9. The Bonus cannot be earned in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions as may be launched by Lalamove from time to time, unless specified by Lalamove. The Bonus cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts, or exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products with respect to Lalamove.

10. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to amend, and/or vary any of these Terms and any arrangement of this Promotion, limit, suspend, cancel, and/or terminate the Promotion, without notice and without any liability.
