Untuk #ShopeeSellerTips pada minggu ini, Bintang Ahmad Taufiq berkongsi pengalamannya menggunakan Shopee’s Discovery Ads (DA).


Bagaimana tetapkan Discovery Ads (DA):

A. SETTING

1. Klik -> “+ Create New Ads” –> “Discovery Ads” –> OFF “Auto Optimisation” –> “+ Add Products” -> Select All (bagi cukup 50 products) -> “Confirm”.

2. Kat “Setting”, saya set:

a) Bid Price – 0.04
b) Budget – Daily Budget RM2.00
c) Time Length – No Time Limit

3. Lepas tu kat “Add Advanced Settings”, saya set “Premium Rate”:

a) Similar Product = 300%
b) Daily Discover = 100%
c) You May Also Like = 200%

4. Last sekali “Publish Ads”.

 

B. BID PRICE

1. Saya start minimum dan increase dari sehari ke sehari berdasarkan data “Impression”.

2. Kalau Impression sikit, saya akan up 1 sen. Impression banyak, saya stay kat situ.

 

C. BUDGET

1. Saya start dengan Daily RM2.00 tapi bila expense cecah RM1.50 Daily, saya up budget tambah RM1.00 dan seterusnya begitu. Setakat la ni, paling tinggi Daily Budget RM5.00.

2. Boleh set Daily Budget RM100 tapi tengok data performance, jangan sampai rugi.

 

D. PREMIUM RATE

1. Similar Products → “pikat” potential buyers dari listing seller lain

a. Kat sini saya set full 300% sebab ini paling best.

b. Sejujurnya, kalau harga item anda lebih murah, potensi anda untuk berjaya memikat buyers lebih tinggi.

2. You May Also Like (YMAL) → “suggest” item yang ada “history” dengan buyers

a. Conversion dari ni second highest, bawah sikit dari hasil conversion Similar Product.

3. Daily Discover → sama je YMAL, ianya sebab “history”, cumanya dia ada kat Home.

a. Data saya tunjukkan impression dan conversion tinggi juga kat sini.



Bagaimana memastikan pelaburan kat Discovery Ads ni berbaloi dan efisien?

1. Title

a. Title ni isi la penuh. Masukkan keywords yang relevan dengan item. Pakai multi language.

b. Nak buat title, rujuk di Search Ads. Pilih perkataan yang search volume tinggi. Kadang2 search volume typo lagi tinggi dari ejaan baku.

 

2. Category

a. Kategori bagi betul ngan item. MASK saja dah ada 4 Main Category, so MASK anda kategori mana?

b. Dalam 4 kategori tu, kategori mana paling banyak conversion?

 

3. Attribute

a. Bahagian BRAND memang membantu. So, paksa diri anda daftarkan brand anda instead of dok pakai NoBrand ja.

 

4. Unique Selling Proposition (USP)

a. Sepatutnya tiap produk ada USPnya sendiri. Cuma masalahnya, ramai sellers tak tonjolkan USP item tu.

b. Make sure USP yang boleh naikkan nilai produk tu di mata dan hati buyers.

 

5. Price

a. Kalau harga anda paling rendah, memang peluang conversion tinggi.

b. Kalau anda takleh nak rendahkan harga, paling tidak biarlah harga tu masih dalam range perceived value.

c. Buyers bayar HARGA tapi diorang beli NILAI yang ada pada produk tu. *PRICE is what they pay, VALUE is what they get*. So, naikkan nilai produk tu sesuai dengan harganya.

 

6. Buyer’s behaviour

a. Consumers tend to go / search for options / choices. So,diorang akan scroll ke bawah, ke tepi dsb. So, kenapa perlu kita bid mahal untuk dapat ranking paling tinggi, paling kiri?

b. Semua Hero SKU selalunya placing kat no 3 hingga no 10 untuk search ads dan untuk discovery ads, janji tercalon dah memadai. Tapi sold per month item saya beat listing yang placing at the top tu.

 

Rumusannya, apa juga yang anda nak buat, biarlah ada reason. Penting untuk be effective than be efficient.

3. If you are an Eligible Customer, you are eligible to a one-time fixed credit bonus equal to 10% of the amount first topped up, to be credited to your Lalamove corporate e-wallet account (the “Bonus”) if you successfully topped up at least RM 100 during at least one single transaction to your Lalamove corporate account (the “Transaction”).

4. This Promotion commences on 15th July 2022 with the end date to be announced at a later date (the “Promotion Period”).

5. If the Eligible Customer satisfies the Conditions in clause 3 of these Terms, the Bonus will be credited within 30 days immediately following the registration of your Lalamove corporate account.

6. The relevant top-up amounts in the Lalamove account have unlimited validity from the date of the successful top-up. The Bonus is subject to applicable agreements governing your Lalamove corporate account.

7. The relevant top-up amounts are not redeemable for cash or cash-out, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).

8. During the Promotion Period, in case of any fraud or abuse in respect to how the Bonus is awarded, Lalamove reserves the right to debit the Bonus from the Eligible Customer’s Lalamove corporate account without prior notice.

9. The Bonus cannot be earned in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions as may be launched by Lalamove from time to time, unless specified by Lalamove. The Bonus cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts, or exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products with respect to Lalamove.
