New Feature Enhancements on the Platform (June)

Feature Enhancement Updates

In the blink of an eye, the first half of 2022 has passed. However, this does not stop our team from continuously innovating better features and enhancements to assist you, our merchants in automating your business operations. 

Let’s have a look at what we have enhanced.

1. Order Processing Enhancements
a) Print Ninja Van air waybill for TikTok orders

Good news for merchants who are selling on TikTok Shop. You can now process and print Ninja Van air waybills for your TikTok orders in SiteGiant.  

b) View and process all integrated sales channels’ orders in order page

Find it a hassle to process your orders in different sales channels? With the latest enhancements, you may view and process all the integrated marketplaces and sales channels orders in one page.

c) Locate orders by using keywords in the packing note

You may now quickly search for orders with specific packing note keywords in the Order Processing Filter Section.

d) Order Fulfillment Log enhancement

i. Added more filter options

We have added more filter options namely, Printed Date, C.M Title, C.M Date Added and Courier Company for you to quickly search for your Order Fulfillment Log.

ii. Added “Courier Company” column

Courier Company column has been added in Order Fulfillment Log list to ease your viewing.

2. Inventory Enhancements
a) Bulk create and edit inventory through excel file upload

Manually bulk updating your stock information can be a nightmare. The latest enhancement in inventory allows you to bulk create and bulk edit your inventory through excel file upload.

i. Batch Create

With Batch Create, you may bulk create inventory items by assigning the warehouse, rack and stock-on-hand amount.

Warehouse and Rack must be created in advance from Warehouse settings before assigning the items to the warehouse and rack.

ii. Batch Edit

Whereas for the Batch Edit, you can conveniently change the inventory rack or unassign rack for the item through excel file upload.

**Note: 

– ‘New_rack’ column is for assigning new rack to item- Use both ‘old_rack’ and ‘new_rack’ to assign item from existing current rack to new rack.
– Unassign item from rack by inserting delete under ‘need_delete’ column (The quantity of the item that you want to unassign needs to be 0 at rack).

b) Purchase Order enhancement

Are you using vendor identification numbers to keep track of your vendors? You may now insert Vendor Reference Number in your Purchase Order.

3. Webstore Enhancements
a) New blog post feature

Note: Only ERP Starter Plan and above / Multichannel Mini plan and above 

Blog post feature is now available for you to create and add blog content into your webstore to boost your shopper’s engagement and improve your webstore’s Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

b) Advanced product filter in webstore builder

You may now add Product Filter in your webstore to help shoppers quickly search for products that match with their requirements.

c) Webstore product layout enhancement

You can now opt to display your webstore products based on marketplace product style or webstore product style.

d) New Product Label

Thinking of a way to highlight your products and increase your product click-through rate? Product Label feature can help you do so. It is now available for you to create and customize your preferred label.

e) Sticky menu

You may now add sticky menu in your webstore to increase your shopper’s browsing experience.

f) Added auto-play video feature

Are you planning to put an auto-play video in your webstore? You may now enable auto-play video feature in your webstore content.

4. Sales Channels Enhancements
a) Custom categories for TikTok

If you have custom categories set for your TikTok products, you may enable it under the TikTok Store’s Setting.

b) WooCommerce listing enhancement

Your WooCommerce products are not ready to publish yet? With the new enhancement, you may opt to save your WooCommerce product listing as a draft first.

c) Shopee product listing enhancement

Having product description in images helps to attract high-intent buyers and increase sales conversion.  You may now add Shopee product description with images in SiteGiant.

d) Facebook Business Extension enhancement

You may now match your products with the Facebook Product Category for stock control.

5. Analytics Enhancement
a) Item Analysis Report for Facebook

Good news for merchants who sell on Facebook. You may now view the item analysis report for your Facebook channel.

6. Setting Enhancements
a) New iPay88 EPP payment option

Are you using iPay88 EPP as your payment gateway? You may now integrate it into your webstore.

b) New Inventory Release Control setting

You may now decide when to release inventory during order fulfillment. You may pick between order status becoming ‘Processed’ or ‘Ready to Ship’ or when the order is scanned using Order Fulfillment Assistant or Carrier Manifest.

7. SiteGiant POS Enhancement

Updated version of SiteGiant POS has been released. Download it in your Playstore or Appstore today!

8. Products Enhancements
a) You may now conduct copy listing action:

i. From Webstore to WooCommerce.

ii. From WooCommerce to Webstore / WooCommerce store.

b) Bulk edit TikTok product listing

i. You may now bulk edit your TikTok product details.

ii. Easily copy your TikTok products listing to other Shopee, Lazada, TikTok or webstore account.

c) WooCommerce listing

You may now add tags for your WooCommerce listings for easy filtering.

d)  PGMall orders can be synced to SiteGiant

You may now view orders received through PGMall in SiteGiant.

9. Apps Enhancements
a) Shopee Payment Reconciliation App

You may now view the commission fee detail in your Shopee Payment Reconciliation general report.

b) Marketplace Free Gift App

You may now allocate free gifts for each individual product variant. These product variants can then be set to multiple promotions.

*Note: Each product variant can only be assigned to 1 promotion at a time.

When creating the marketplace free gift, the ones showing green tick status are products that have been assigned with free gift for the specific promotion.

c) New ScanNPrint App

*Note: Only available for ERP Ultimate X1 and ERP Ultimate X2 plan

You may use the ScanNPrint App to scan and verify the correct products for the order and then, directly print the shipping label for order packing.

d) Barcode Label App

You may opt to display UPC and item price detail in your barcode label.

10. Customers Enhancement
a) Password setup for customers

A password field area for your customers has been added. You may set it up accordingly under Customers Section.

Terms and Conditions

1. The SiteGiant x Lalamove First Time 10% Top-Up Bonus Campaign (the “Promotion”) is provided by LALAMOVE MALAYSIA SDN BHD (COMPANY NO. 1277201-W) (“Lalamove”) and SiteGiant Sdn Bhd (“SiteGiant”). By participating in the Promotion by registering via this link: https://sitegiant.my/lalamove-integration and/or receiving the Bonus (as defined below), this indicates you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. You are eligible to participate in the Promotion and become an “Eligible Customer” if all of the following requirements are satisfied:

a. You have enrolled in the Promotion through the dedicated main landing page for the Promotion via this link: https://sitegiant.my/lalamove-integration (“the Form”) during the Promotion Period (as defined below);

b. You have become a registered corporate (prepaid settlement) account holder of Lalamove;

c. You have signed up as a new merchant of SiteGiant and you have been onboarded by SiteGiant following satisfaction of all requirements from SiteGiant during the Promotion Period;

d. You are a company incorporated in Malaysia with a valid business registration certificate; and

e. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to refuse any Eligible Customers their participation in the Promotion for any reason and without any prior notice.

3. If you are an Eligible Customer, you are eligible to a one-time fixed credit bonus equal to 10% of the amount first topped up, to be credited to your Lalamove corporate e-wallet account (the “Bonus”) if you successfully topped up at least RM 100 during at least one single transaction to your Lalamove corporate account (the “Transaction”).

4. This Promotion commences on 15th July 2022 with the end date to be announced at a later date (the “Promotion Period”).

5. If the Eligible Customer satisfies the Conditions in clause 3 of these Terms, the Bonus will be credited within 30 days immediately following the registration of your Lalamove corporate account.

6. The relevant top-up amounts in the Lalamove account have unlimited validity from the date of the successful top-up. The Bonus is subject to applicable agreements governing your Lalamove corporate account.

7. The relevant top-up amounts are not redeemable for cash or cash-out, for resale and no refund or exchange is permitted (except as required by applicable laws).

8. During the Promotion Period, in case of any fraud or abuse in respect to how the Bonus is awarded, Lalamove reserves the right to debit the Bonus from the Eligible Customer’s Lalamove corporate account without prior notice.

9. The Bonus cannot be earned in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions as may be launched by Lalamove from time to time, unless specified by Lalamove. The Bonus cannot be transferred to third parties or other accounts, or exchanged for any other gifts, returned or exchanged for other products with respect to Lalamove.

10. SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right to amend, and/or vary any of these Terms and any arrangement of this Promotion, limit, suspend, cancel, and/or terminate the Promotion, without notice and without any liability.

11. In addition:

a. General terms and conditions of Lalamove would all apply (https://www.lalamove.com/en-my/terms-and-conditions).

b. Lalamove will process the collected data and personal information in accordance with Lalamove’s privacy policy (https://www.lalamove.com/en-my/privacy-policy).

c. By participating in the Promotion, you expressly consent that any personal information that you provide, may be shared between SiteGiant and Lalamove for purposes of the Promotion and all related administrative actions in connection therewith.

12. These Terms are governed by the law of Malaysia. In case of any dispute, SiteGiant and Lalamove reserve the right of final decision.
