It’s a brand new year. Here are some of the latest feature enhancements on the webstore from last month.
Let’s recap on the things that have been enhanced to help your business.
1) Product Page Updates:
a) Collection Filter in the Filter Product Section
Unsure which products are involved in your promotional campaign? We have added a Collection filter for your products, under Filter Products section. In this way, you can quickly know which products are in a particular promotional campaign.

2) App Store Updates:
a) WhatsApp Commerce
i) Email and Phone number in WhatsApp Message Template
Thinking of collecting more of your customers’ contact details? The new WhatsApp message template would require customers to fill in their emails and phone numbers. Hence, whenever your customers enquire through WhatsApp, you will receive their email and phone number. You’ll then be able to choose the best contact method to communicate with your customers.

ii) Special Price Display
Wondering how to improve your WhatsApp conversion rate? Your product’s promotional price can now be displayed on your WhatsApp Order Form. Utilize this feature to encourage customers to buy immediately and help increase your conversion rate!

iii) Store Homepage
Your customers want to browse more products in your webstore? The Store Homepage button has been added on the top left of the page. In this way, your customers can view and browse more products in Webstore other than what is shown in the catalogue.

iv) Search product by SKU
We understand searching for a product by name or category may not be sufficient. Even within a single product category, you could find several SKUs listed. Hence, we have added an option for you to directly search for your product by SKU. In this way, you can quickly locate for the right product to be added to your WhatsApp Order Form.

b) Product Review App: Hide Reviewer Identity
Some customers prefer their names to not be revealed to the public when it comes to writing a product review. Therefore, we have enhanced the Product Review App by adding an option to “Hide Reviewer Identity. After you have enabled it, it will only show the first and last characters of the reviewer’s name. In this way, the reviewer’s identity will be hidden and it will help protect their privacy.

3) Analytics update:
a) Channel Performance Report
Do you know how much sales each of your sales channels are making? With the newly launched Channel Performance report, you can now view each of your channel’s sales performance by day, week or month in a graphical form. No more having to log into different platforms to see the sales performance of each channel.

4) Marketplaces Tools Updates:
a) New Lazada Payment Reconciliation
No idea how much Lazada has deducted from your shipping fee? With the new Lazada Payment Reconciliation, you can identify paid & unpaid Lazada orders, cross-check your Lazada shipping fee and view your Lazada successfully claimed amount report all in one place.

b) New Shopee Payment Reconciliation
Want to keep track on the commission and transaction charges imposed by Shopee? The New Shopee Payment Reconciliation can help you. You can use it to keep track of any extra charges in Shipping, Commission or Transaction fees made by Shopee.
